Short version: we collect only what you give us to respond to you, we don't sell it, we don't use tracking or ad pixels, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
TandemPartners is operated by Jacob Krzynowek as a sole proprietorship. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean TandemPartners. You can reach us at Contact@TandemPartnersHQ.com.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services.
- Contact form: your name, business name, phone number, type of business, an optional note, whether you agreed to receive texts, and the time you submitted.
- Privacy request form: your name, the email or phone number you gave us, the type of request, and any details you add.
- Emails and texts you send us: whatever you choose to include. Copies of form submissions are also emailed to us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request details (such as browser type and the page requested) to deliver and secure the site. We don't use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
- Client systems: if your business becomes a client, the systems we run for you handle your customers' call and text information. We process that information only on your behalf and only to provide the service, as described in your agreement with us.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Text messages
If you check the text consent box or text us, we may send you texts about your request, including scheduling your call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Sharing with service providers that help us deliver messages and customer support is permitted, and those providers may not use it for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only what they need for that job.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If the business changes ownership, information may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. We keep a record of text opt-outs for as long as needed to make sure we don't text you again.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we have about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop sending you texts (or reply STOP to any message)
Use our privacy request form or email Contact@TandemPartnersHQ.com. We'll confirm we received your request within 10 business days and complete it within 30 days. To protect you, we'll confirm the request through the email or phone number we already have. We won't treat you differently for making a request. If we decline a request, we'll tell you why, and you can appeal by replying to our decision with the word "Appeal."
Children
Our site and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and our forms are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we'll delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to submitted information is limited to us and the providers above, and we use multi-factor sign-in on the accounts that hold it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so on this page before it takes effect.
