These terms cover your use of this website and the general terms of our services. If you become a client, your written proposal or agreement also applies, and where it differs from these terms, the proposal or agreement controls.
Using this website
The information on this site describes our services in general terms. Example shops, customer names, conversations, and numbers shown on the site are illustrations, not real customers or results. Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, submitting false information, or sending spam through our forms.
Proposals and services
Every engagement starts with a written proposal that lists what we'll build, the price, any usage costs, and the timeline. Work begins only after you approve the proposal. Changes to the scope are priced in writing before we do the extra work.
Fees
Setup and monthly management are sold together as one package. Neither is available on its own. Your proposal shows each part on its own line:
- Setup: a one-time price for building, testing, and launching your system, listed by item. Paid in full when you approve the proposal. Not refundable, except as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Monthly management: billed monthly in advance.
- Usage costs: calls, texts, and AI minutes, billed monthly at the rates listed in your proposal.
There are no other fees unless you approve them in writing. If we change the monthly management price, we'll give you at least 30 days' written notice, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Cancellation and refunds
Monthly management is month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice by email. Details on refunds are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Your responsibilities as a client
- Give us accurate information about your business, services, hours, and service area.
- Review and approve the scripts and follow-up messages before launch.
- Only have us text people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you, and follow the laws that apply to your business.
- Tell us promptly when your hours, services, or calendar change.
Your customer data belongs to you. We use it only to provide your service.
How the AI works and its limits
AI systems can make mistakes. We configure yours so it never quotes prices, only books into open calendar slots, and takes a message and alerts you whenever a caller asks for a person. Every call is summarized so you can review what was said. The system is not an emergency service. We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, or jobs.
Call recording
Systems we run tell callers at the start of the call that it may be recorded. Some states require consent from everyone on a call before recording. You're responsible for telling us where you operate so we can set the disclosure correctly.
SMS terms
Program: TandemPartners text messages about your inquiry, including scheduling your call.
- You'll receive texts only if you checked the text consent box on our form or texted us first.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You'll get one message confirming you're opted out.
- Reply HELP for help, or email Contact@TandemPartnersHQ.com.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information. Text messages we send on behalf of clients are sent under the client's business name and the client's own terms.
Ownership
The content of this website, including our name and logo, belongs to TandemPartners. The scripts and workflows we set up for you are licensed for your business use while you're a client. Our general templates and methods remain ours.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don't affect proposals you've already approved.
