Short version: setup is paid in full when you approve your proposal and is not refundable, except for any part we are unable to build. Monthly service is month-to-month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice by email.
Setup fee
- The full setup fee is due when you approve your proposal. Work starts once it's paid.
- The setup fee isn't refundable, because it covers your build and costs we pay up front, like your phone number and text-message registration. The one exception is below, under If we can't build something.
Monthly management
Monthly management is billed in advance and runs month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice by emailing Contact@TandemPartnersHQ.com. Service continues through the notice period. We don't refund partial months. Because setup and management are one package, cancelling management ends the service.
Usage costs
Calls, texts, and AI minutes are billed monthly at the rates listed in your proposal. Usage isn't refundable, because it has already been used. It stops when your service ends.
If we can't build something
If something in your approved proposal turns out to be impossible to build, for example because your shop software or phone provider won't connect, we'll tell you and refund the part of the setup fee your proposal lists for that item.
